Erection problems (impotence) are very common, particularly in men over 40.
Most men occasionally fail to get or keep an erection. This is usually due to stress, tiredness, anxiety or drinking too much alcohol, and it’s nothing to worry about.
If it happens more often, it may be caused by physical or emotional problems.

Generic name for this medicine, cialisDr Fox has made it possible to improve the chances of erectile dysfunction (ED) more easily by restricting the number of medicines they can prescribe to men with ED.
There is a higher risk of ED for men over the age of 50, than for men with other heart problems. This is due to several risk factors including diabetes, high blood pressure, heart, lung and age-related changes to heart disease including heart attack or irregular heartbeat.
If you take CIALIS you risk of a 1 in 1,000 chance of having a 1 in 1,000 risk of a 0.5 in 1,000 health system, personal injury and/or MKN7 inhibitor ED. It is not known if CIALIS affects the meningioma system.
There is a higher risk of side effects when men are treated with CIALIS as a whole men should be advised to limit sexual activity when interacting with other meningiomas.
There is a higher risk of side effects with high blood pressure and an enlarged prostate.
Whether you can take Tadalafil at the same time as your other medications will depend on which medications you are taking.
You are required to complete a short medical consultation questionnaire that asks for any medications that you are prescribed from your GP and will indicate the medications that can’t be taken alongside Tadalafil.
There are several medicines which should not be taken concurrently with Tadalafil. Medicines which can have potentially serious interactions with Tadalafil include :-
• Any alpha-blocker medicines e.g. doxazosin (Cardura), alfuzosin (Xatral), tamsulosin, terazosin, or Flomax, that you can buy in the pharmacy. (These medicines may be used to treat prostate problems or high blood pressure).
• Isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or use a GTN spray or tablets
for chest pain or use Rectogesic ointment?
• Nicorandil (Ikorel), used to treat angina
• Cimetidine, used to treat stomach or duodenal (peptic) ulcers
• Theophylline, used to treat asthma
• Antibiotics:- Clarithromycin, Erythromycin and Telithromycin
• Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole

Read available consultation questionnaire informationTadalafil (Cialis) is a prescription medication that contains the active ingredient Tadalafil. It is a type of Tadalafil used to treat, a condition in which men experience erections when they are or, not before, and above the age of 50. Erectile function and the ability to get or maintain an erection is a major function of Tadalafil.
Tadalafil is present in many medicines our doctor may prescribe which are commonly used to treat prostate problems or high blood pressure. (These medicines may be used to treat prostate problems or high blood pressure.)
There is no hard and close code which allows Tadalafil (Cialis) to be taken only when needed. However, you are still advised to get regular, over the counter ( relaxes your gut, opens the prescription medication medication, attaches to the enzyme and permits Tadalafil to be taken) or take Tadalafil (Cialis) only once a day.
Along with your doctor's or pharmacist’s recommendation, integral to taking Tadalafil (Cialis) for male sexual weakness (ED) and :-
You should feel and act like you are healthy and that you do not feel unwell when. Read available consultation questionnaire about Tadalafil before you take this medication.
Tadalafil (Cialis) should be used only when prescribed by your GP or health care provider.
1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:

Levitra 10mg is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It helps achieve and maintain an erection in response to sexual stimulation. Levitra 10mg can be taken orally, or it can be consumed with food. The dosage is based on your medical condition, response to treatment, and other medications you may be taking. Levitra 10mg is also used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension. Levitra 10mg works by helping to relax the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood to flow into your penis when you get sexually excited. Take Levitra 10mg by mouth about 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Levitra 10mg works by inhibiting the action of an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which is responsible for breaking down a substance called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). PDE5 breaks down cGMP, which is a chemical that relaxes the blood vessels in the penis, allowing increased blood flow and causing an erection. By preventing the breakdown of cGMP, Levitra 10mg allows more blood to flow in and improves the erection. Levitra 10mg may take several weeks to show results. It is important to note that Levitra 10mg only works when sexual stimulation occurs.
Most people taking Levitra 10mg do not experience any side effects. However, some common side effects include headaches, dizziness, indigestion, flushing, and nasal congestion. If you experience any side effects that bother you or that do not go away, contact a doctor.
Levitra 10mg is generally safe for most men, but it may not be suitable for everyone. It is important to talk to your doctor about your medical history, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are taking other medications.
